Why learn English at Rosemead College of English?

Rosemead College of English was established in 1992. RCE has two campuses, one in Rosemead and one in Torrance; both have been approved by the INS to issue the SEVIS I-20 form to foreign students who intend to apply for a student visa (F-1).

RCE offers ESL, TOEFL and TOEIC prep classes, and a specialized NCLEX-RN prep program (Torrance campus only) tailored specifically for international nurses. It is also an official testing center for the TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) and TOEIC (Test of English for International Communication) examination.
