Why learn English at Rosemead College of English?

An English school, established in 1992, RCE has two campuses, one in Rosemead and one in Torrance; both have been approved by the INS to issue the SEVIS I-20 form to foreign students who intend to apply for a student visa (F-1).

At Rosemead College of English students are taught by native English speakers, in pairs or small groups, which enables teachers to monitor their progress individually.

More than an outstanding English school

Rosemead College of English is much more than your best choice to learn English. RCE offers TOEFL and TOEIC prep classes, and a specialized NCLEX-RN prep program (Torrance campus only) tailored specifically for international nurses. It is also an official testing center for the TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) and TOEIC (Test of English for International Communication) examination.

With a complete knowledge of the English language after finishing RCE's intensive English and test prep programs, many of our students have been accepted to prestigious colleges and universities in the USA.
