Medical terminology class was very challenging for me since I had to take a quiz every week. I studied every day to keep up with the class. Later when I was taking the NCLEX prep. class, I found that what I had studied in medical terminology class was very useful. I learned NCLEX from an American teacher and a Japanese teacher. Especially in the Japanese teacher's class, the teacher taught me the cultural differences between Japanese hospitals and American hospitals and how to interpret the test questions. Her class was very easy to understand. The two teachers always supported me academically and mentally. Even when I was really struggling, if I talked to them, I felt much better and gained energy to study harder. After finishing the NCLEX program, I studied four more months and took the NCLEX exam. I passed it the first time and am very happy that I studied at Rosemead College.
