I started taking the Medical Terminology class soon after I had arrived in America. Although it was very difficult for me to keep up with the class, the teacher taught us at a slow pace, so I could keep up. The following 6 months of NCLEX passed quickly. The best thing about the NCLEX program at Rosemead is that I can ask the Japanese teacher questions about things I don't understand in the English class. The Japanese teacher had passed the NCLEX exam, got her Green Card and is currently working at a hospital as an RN. She taught us not only medical knowledge, but also supplied us with information that will be necessary and useful for us in the future. After finishing the program, 10 months after I started studying at Rosemead, I passed the NCLEX exam!
